These are the public rules for how the free entry point and the Starter, Pro, and Agency plans work.

- What counts as one processed document
- One processed document means one invoice file that is accepted into the workflow and queued for processing. Files that fail before they are queued do not count toward the free allowance.

- If the 5 free documents are used or the 14-day trial ends, you need to upgrade to keep processing. Any invoices already queued stay in place.
